Brief Biography:
Dr Fall is originally from Senegal, West Africa and completed his PhD at the Ohio State University with a focus on Francophone Studies and African American studies. His research explores constructions and reproductions of cultural identities both in Africa and the Black diaspora in France. His research interrogates discourses of cultural sameness while crafting new representations of Black identities situated at the interstices of the Global North and the Global South outside the realms of coloniality.
